2010 Korean GP could be cancelled

It appears that this year's inaugural South-Korean Grand Prix could be called off as there are serious delays in the construction of the brand new circuit. The Korean race is scheduled for on 24 October.

Previous rumours about the circuit not being ready in time were dismissed by the promotor of the race, but now the designer of the circuit, Herman Tilke, said himself that he believes the track will not be ready in time for the Grand Prix.

Tilke declared to the German magazine 'Focus': "For the first time I believe that a Tilke-circuit is not going to be ready in time."
