Yesterday, several Formula One teams expressed their worries about the influence of the travel crisis, due to the volcano fall-out, on the preparations for the Spanish Grand Prix. Formula One supremo Bernie Ecclestone, however, is convinced that the limitation of fly movement above Europe will not pose a threat to the race in Barcelona in three weeks time.

Bernie Ecclestone said in the Shanghai paddock: "I am sure everything will be all right. There is no question of cancelling the Spanish Grand Prix. Of course, it is causing everybody problems, but we will find a way to get everyone home."
