Italian Brake supplier Brembo has revealed that post-failure analysis of the right front brake disc from Lewis Hamilton's car has not yet unveiled a conslusive point of failure

Following the accident experienced by Lewis Hamilton last Saturday at Hockenheim, Brembo has worked together with Mercedes AMG F1 to analyse and identify the causes of the failure. However, so far, without any conclusive result.

"There is currently no clear evidence of a single cause of failure and our continuing rigorous analysis will take into account multiple factors which could have contributed to the incident. The results of this technical analysis will be communicated as soon as they are available."

Further investigations are ongoing, with both Brembo and Mercedes stressing they continue their working relationship.

"Formula One is a domain of advanced development where technologies are pushed to their limits and in which strong partnerships are crucially important."
