Despite a challenging start into the season, Ferrari have continued to dominate the proceedings in the pit lane, completing the quickest tyre change with Charles Leclerc at the Monaco Grand Prix.

So far this season, Ferrari have endured an up-and-down campaign as the Maranello-based outfit struggled for pace and consistent performance, especially in qualifying trim.

However, the Scuderia have been almost unbeatable in the battle in the pit lance. At the Monaco Grand Prix, Charles Leclerc came close to turning the tide with a victory, but it was not to be despite another brilliant performance from his pit crew.

The race was most probably lost on Saturday when Leclerc was beaten by Lando Norris by a tenth of a second in the battle for pole. Still, he did his absolute best in the battle against the two McLarens in the race itself and his mechanics did their bit.

On lap 20, McLaren tried to snatch second place from Leclerc with early stops and an undercut by Oscar Piastri. However, the Monegasque pitted on Lap 22, and Ferrari mechanics deliverd a brilliant performance to change tyres on Leclerc's car in just 2.00 seconds.

This stop became the quickest tyre change at last Sunday's Monaco Grand Prix. In fact, this result has been the quickest tyre service so far in 2025.

Ferrari further demonstrated their current dominance in the pit lane by performing the second fastest tyre service with a time of 2.08s.

The Scuderia completed another very impressive tyre change when Leclerc tried to put Norris under pressure later in the race with his second pit stop. At 2.19 seconds, this tyre change on Lap 49 was quite quick, but Norris had built up a big enough cushion out on track, so Leclerc had to settle for second place.

McLaren's best stop was a 2.23-second tyre change which was the third quickest at Monaco. Red Bull performed the fourth quickest tyre change (2.27s) while Mercedes became the fourth quickest team in the pit lane.

Following their troubles last year, Sauber continued to impress with their work in the pit lane by having completed the seventh and ninth quickest stop at Monte Carlo.
