I think Gasly should move to redbull and the should try a womam is his place, like Jamie Chadwick. That would bring High visibility to the team.

Jamie is doing ok in the junior formulae so far but that's as far as it goes. Exposing her to F1 and all of the media attention (think Hamilton x10) and you'd likely kill her career stone dead inside a year. She's 1 place behind Billy Monger (lost his legs last year in a crash) in the British F3 championship so far this year and both are well behind the leader Linus Lundqvist.

It would be good to see a competitive female driver in F1, though. They'd need to be made of Teflon-coated silicon carbide (so she could cut through the cr4p and let it all slide off) to withstand the attention though...
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

Gasly should replace RIC. It fits well with RB's young gun promotion policy and GAS seems to be fast. He might even challenge VES in 2020! Hell, he may even become RB's new golden boy...

Since everyone is speculating... effective upon return from the summer break Sainz recalled to RBR and Daniel transfered to Renault to honour the driver obligation.

Now that is an interesting proposition...

Sainz deserves the place
SAI goes to McLaren and if SAI deserves a RB seat then HUL deserves it even more.
Since when RBR hire outsider drivers?

Sainz is a RBR driver, and even if they know Max is quicker (and less consistent btw) that never stopped RBR with Webber for example. This is F1, the weird thing would be hiring two top drivers who can battle each other

you named RB outside driver yourself. Also never say never. And why stick to a rule when it just make your life harder, especially filling TR seats or pissing off Max Verstappen.
This guy is filling the venues like no other so I don't think they will take his nemesis SAI into that seat.
He would be a great number two, but he would probably cause problems with the team spiritual balance.
So I think they will take GAS unless they can't fill TR seats. SAI is not going back to TR by himself I think, so if McLaren offers something he will sign there.
MAG would fit well because VER would not be annoyed by him me thinks and that they could make clear to him: enjoy while it lasts but don't become to cheeky. Aka number 2 driver.
But we will see. : )
Finishing races is important, but racing is more important.

Why doesn't look that impressive at Renault and red bull already know max is quicker
I never said it's spectacular, but it's good.
But is there another option? Gasle is a rookie
Well gasley won't be a rookie next year he will have 1 and a bit seasons under his belt similar to when max went to red bull.

He has some decent performances under his belt this season. Still very young so should get better

Carlos is older than max and has beenin F1 sometime now so has less room for progression

Well i think this is something like a take over from max, jos knows you need to be the number one in the team or you're out. he did know schumi very good.
and he knows what is needed to be a world champion. he has seen it what can go wrong when you don't have control over the team and the situation.

I think when the contract between redbull and max where made, alot of things happened. and i do think redbull agreed. and there are committing to the plan of the management of max.
because it's same plan that bought them the championship with vettel.

there is no reason why there will be not a number two driver, it make no sense then you're give the other teams free points, is all about winning so they need a setup with a number one driver.
redbull also knows this and mercedes and ferrari already have a number one driver and a wingman.

of course its a shame but when merc and ferrari are doing it there is no choice for redbull otherwise they loose out, Team orders will give you vital points.
and you need a driving chicane like bottas and raik. look last race bottas killed the ferrari and hamilton had a easy win.

100% that red bull have learned and will do what mercedes and ferrari are doing

and for the guys who don't see this,
ask you're why should redbull put 2 drivers in the seat that will kill each other. yess that will not happening again.
mercedes will not get another rosberg, and redbull will not get another ric. ferrari is know to work this way

not ready yet, but maybe spot for torro rosso
Nirei Fukuzumi and Tadasuke Makino
https://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/toro ... 2/3098664/

would be logical and would befit the honda/redbull alliance in many ways.

It needs to be Gasly. He's the only one who will upset VES. Newer, prettier, possibly faster..? Marko likes to keep his drivers hungry to prove their worth.

that's the point, they don't want to have a upset AGAIN. what are there gains for redbull's drivers taking each other out.
you have seen it happing with mercedes, and this year with redbull

do really think that helmut will allow such stupidity again, NO WAY. redbull needs to win and that will not happen if they keep crashing into each other.
everything else will not be logical,

And it's confirmed many times, verstappen not listen to teamorders. so there will come one driver who needs to listen.
all other options will be not beneficial

So who is that driver?
