Perhaps the lowest-of-all rear arm mounting on the chassis for the front lower wishbone ? Seems extreme.

Giorgio Piola has captured a much better image of the Red Bull rear wing additions (with two elements on both sides of the upper flap to generate more downforce.)

I'm wondering if those are permanent additions. What exactly is the regulation that clears it? Are they rear wing brackets?
