The full article is the first link I posted (it’s on the Italian version of motorsport.com).

@gordonthegun, if you can explain it to me, I’ll be forever in your debt! Used to be you could just post the hosted image within the [img] brackets but that doesn’t work any more

Believe that this cape is not new. This cut-out in the edge has certainly been there in some form since the launch car. Hard to know from this angle if the shape has changed though.

It's in the link above. It's in italian.
I've read it, but apart from the description of the change and that changes in the car this year are more frequent because correlation is no longer an issue, it doesn't say anything particular.
So, the relevant information is the picture itself.

In a previous post here before Imola GP I found this, where we can see that the cape is different from the new:

But from Leclerc crashed car in FP2 at Imola I found this as well and here it seems that the cape is already like the "new" one:

I don't know which version was used in the GP.

Could be that in the upper image the front wing hides the step in the edge? Hard to tell though... Definitely on the launch car there was this cut-out in the edge of the cape, because some other elements fill this gap.

Well, looking again at all the pictures, it seems that - if a change has been introduced at all - it is a minor one as there has always been a cut in the cape where the sharp front of the turning vanes goes.
In the photo taken today it seems that the end of the cape goes upwards, maybe this is the only actual change.
If so, really a little thing.

Motorsport Italy says that Ferrari won't use the new floor in the race as they have just one and they would be obliged to make a choice between the drivers.

Still no T-Wing this weekend that's interesting considering they ran it at Bahrain which you'd assume is less downforce dependant than Imola and Algarve. Catalunya is a downforce track I'm interested in seeing whether it will be back there
