The race should have been started at least thirty minutes before it eventually did. F1 has always been a series that races in the wet. The cars and circuits (including Spa) are the safest they have ever been, it's quite sad the direction in which they are taking the sport. Let's hope the right decisions are made this weekend if it rains.
Friday afternoon may be wet as there will be a shift form hot to much colder weather in the Benelux region. Most of the time that gives some thunderstroms. From saterday, colder, but dry and stable weather.erudite450 wrote: ↑13 Jul 2026, 13:48I still maintain that the decisions made by the race director on grand prix Sunday regarding the weather were too too cautious. I agree. It was quite disappointing hearing Norris campaigning for the safety car to stay out.De Wet wrote: ↑13 Jul 2026, 14:24erudite450 wrote: ↑13 Jul 2026, 13:48I still maintain that the decisions made by the race director on grand prix Sunday regarding the weather were too too cautious. The drivers are just as bad these days.
