As you can see by the title this is a some what different type of go kart project, it is based off a standard go kart chassis and originally had a lawnmower engine in the back I took it out an have replaced it with a 125 four stroke out of a Ktm road bike the idea is for it to be a fast track day mini racer it will look some what like a 70s f1 car due to the rear being extended for the bigger engine an also I have opted for some bars along the topside of the chassis to add safety.
The only progress I’ve had atm with the project is I’ve only been able to take apart the old parts (old engine, flywheel, brakes,) I’ve bought the new engine a new fuel tank radiators and ecu, a new steering wheel is being made with a lcd and a kill/ignition switch I’ll post some pictures as it progresses on
