Go download sketchup from google and start there. You can do everything you need to, and there is a lot of resource online to help you along. It's free.

If you outgrow that program, then looking at more complex ones would make sense.

okay, just for a heads up. progress is going slow as i first plan to get the car mapped correctly, the whole nose and tub area is f*cked up in mapping and pretty much unfixable, so it might take a while as i have to rebuild it, or remap, or take another tub.

ok, as i decided to build a completely new tub and nose i will build that first, as that is currenly more important.

Then i will finish the front wing and probably revamp the whole car in parts, with the release of all the cars my car looks like some sort of T ford lol, I wanted my car to be refreshing, and with those cars being the refreshing cars mine supports nothing new lol, wich i will try to change, i plan to first do an engine cover a la mercedes/mclaren, still have to decide lol. and then i plan to do tighter sidepods, as that was always a thing i was doing best, the WM08 had the tightest sidepods of the field then, and now, with the release of the merc, the mclaren and so fort it isnt the case anymore with my car, so i will probably change that in some sort.

using low cells meshing.. just to get the rough view.. distance = 0.5Length of car

any comment on the model or anything before i proceed with fine meshing? i mean do u think its the right flow for both year? or i did a mistake on any part of the car? but im using same body+diffuser with only difference of front and rear wing..

dont mean to sound rude but whats the point in this when the 08 car was totally different from the 09 car? (it wasnt just a wing change was it?)

no its ok.. yes.. a lot of changes includes diffuser, kers, body parts and so on but my focus is on the wings while all the other parts are assumed to be same.. is it wrong?

You also have to take all the fancy winglets into account with the 08 car.

There are way too many radical changes betwwen the '08 and '09 cars, for you to be anywhere near. The only thing you have changed are the wings as you said, but they are like '09 spec wings, but with '08 dimensions, the '08 wings were much more complex than what you have there. So the one thing you have changed is still way off getting some decently accurate results.
