This forum contains threads to discuss teams themselves. Anything not technical about the cars, including restructuring, performances etc belongs here.
On German Sky, Bayer was just asked about Hadjar's problems in qualifying last race. He didn't go into detail, but said that the drivers normaly need to follow certain precedures when getting into the car, and Hadjar paid the price for being too hasty and a bit overmotivated to get things done quickly.
Bayer just said that is has been a difficult weekend for them, problems with the rear wing, therefor lack of track time etc. They will split strategies today to hopefully catch the safety car with one driver at least.
Surprisingly good performance in the end. Lawson needs to stop getting those weekly penalties, though, even if it didn't make much of a difference today.
