I think there some targeted comments towards a driver than personal fights. Maybe those targeted harsh comments should be removed or prevented. Then the forum would be a lot better

The incident in Silverstone was that he has just overtaken max, was coming up on hulk who was stopped off track but the lights on the panel were flashing blue, after he's already down the road and almost out of the yellow flag zone the lights on his steering wheel turn yellow to indicate a yellow flag but the panel ahead was green. Fia said the fact that he had just overtaken max and was looking in his mirrors, the fact that he was almost out of the yellow flag zone by the time the lights came on on his wheel and a green panel light ahead he didn't deserve a penalty
When have we seen/ heard so many infringement/ potential penalties been given a lenient outcome as this season??Luscion wrote: ↑19 Jul 2026, 20:27The incident in Silverstone was that he has just overtaken max, was coming up on hulk who was stopped off track but the lights on the panel were flashing blue, after he's already down the road and almost out of the yellow flag zone the lights on his steering wheel turn yellow to indicate a yellow flag but the panel ahead was green. I keep hearing ADUO 2 for Zandvoort - maybe they’ll run it in FP1 or something to check it before introducing properly for Monza? Not sure there’d be a lot of point although reliability changes are allowed after homologation so perhaps it has some value.matt_b wrote: ↑19 Jul 2026, 19:05The pace of this car has been impressive considering we have had 3 power tracks in a row which is the cars biggest weakness. Charles just needs to keep doing what he is doing and Lewis just needs a squeaky clean weekend, no crashes in FP3, no jump starts, no getting caught up in turn one incidents, no yellow flag infringements and they will both be up there come the chequered flag. Looking forward to tracks like Hungary and Netherlands which are next and then ADIO 2 for Monza![]()
*The ADUO2 engine is set for Monza, but it’s not a foregone conclusion: “Yes, but only if everything goes smoothly” - Fred saidf1316 wrote: ↑19 Jul 2026, 21:48I keep hearing ADUO 2 for Zandvoort - maybe they’ll run it in FP1 or something to check it before introducing properly for Monza? But yeah, I agree. I thought we would come away from this races much worse off, so logic would dictate that, if they can be this close in Silverstone/Spa, they can potentially be ahead on a less power sensitive track. Question is: is Hungary really not power sensitive these days? Hasn’t it almost become medium speed? I kinda think that so far this season the tracks haven’t played out how you would expect and how much deployment you need isn’t always inversely proportional to the amount of slower corners (for some reason I don’t fully understand).
But still, good progress and I think if we can get good results in the next couple of races and ADUO 2 performs as expected, we could have a really interesting second half of the season (especially if the gulf races return).
According to AR, Monza. Seems like the next big aero package is a Zandvoort, so they might want to do it piecemeal. It would be good to have the engine introduced before monza so they can get data before running it hard in Monza.
