Forget RacingBulls/Alpine, or even Audi/Haas,
first let them go ahead of Cadillac. That should be the honest aim. Because it will take them atleast 2 race weekends to figure out the energy management that will optimize 'what they have in hand'. Actual performance will come only later.

Nevertheless, I wouldn't be surprised if Honda designed an engine, Newey came aboard and change the requirements and Honda could not adapt fast enough. It seem to me that AM is focused on putting all the blame on Honda when they built a sub average car.
