Serious faces galore in Redbuĺl garages. They thought they would challenge Merc and they are a match for last years Merc. I'm sure they have pace but the instability of the car will be a killer in race. Very odd to spin in low speed corners and the traction off corners is horrible on all Honda powered cars. To spin on long run is very very worrying.

Max wasn't this time in the simulator, so he has first to understand the car how it behaves on the track.
Tonight they talk about everything and tomorrow the car isn't nervous anymore (I think ).

You guys are reading too much into practice times. His long runs are up there, certainly faster than anyone not in a Mercedes. It's too close to call right now, let's wait until tomorrow. Then we'll know for sure.

I don't think the engine was anywhere near peak power based on their trap data - at least of the laps I was watching. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
