Upgrades haven't work and once again their pit strategy is just bad. They just don't seem to have any idea how to plot out a race. They pitted both cars to early for their second stop and it cost them again. Stroll Sr is not going to be happy about this race and Monaco is going to be a bad circuit for them as well. Is there a plan to replace Vettle next year?

Considering the season is just a waste, since the car is no-where near in scoring points, cant they just trim it down to bare basis and understand the faults and fundamentals and then bolt on the updates as required to make it a strong package, even if next season is going to be back to basics, something useful can be learned....

They used to be on top of tire strategy during 'Force India' days. Since last year, it's all started going downhill.
The team is not coming to terms with the fact that they r now bottom of the mid-field pack & lucky '9 or 10' in a race is all available to grab.
I am wondering when they will give up on this season & moved on to 22.

Vettel needs more time, not that I would signed him....All the drivers that moved to a new team this year are still on the back foot

As Alonso said: in every Sport people can train for their sport with the equipment they need for the sport. In F1 that is not possible and that's the problem here.

They're still basically the same team they were before 2020. They've added new highers but it will take a couple of years before their input is noticable in the speed of the final product.

Amazing turn-around by AM after a dismal start to the season. They r still far away from the best of the rest but improving by race.
2 disqualifications help but Seb would have been 4th on pure race pace; that's encouraging. Lance was not bad at all on the hard compound....AM deserves the result. =D> =D> =D> =D>

"Following the tyre issue on Lance Stroll’s car on lap 29 of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, we have worked with the FIA and Pirelli during their investigation.

"We can confirm there was no car fault that caused the tyre to fail.

"The team has always operated its tyres within the Pirelli prescribed parameters and will continue to do so."
