Ahh I see. He damaged his car on the first run in Q3. That would explain his not so good time. Well the car is fixed today so we will fight back those in front. Let's have a clean start first and there is a whole race to run to see where we end. Anything can happen.

Safety car allows Lando to close back up to Sainz, was getting a bit detached. Danny in a really good position, holding off Perez fairly comfortably.

Lando is being quite conservative on these tires I think... well I hope so, but that fact that Bottas can't get pass Leclerc on a car around 1s faster on pace just shows how difficult it is to overtake...

Leclerc’s pace is strong though... Last lap run in the 1:23.8 while Dani was in the 1:24.6 and Lando 1:25.5... Will be interesting to see how the tire wear is for him

At the moment the Ferrari have a faster pace however it's a long race and anything can happen.

Is there a possibility that the updates need at least one more race to work like last year and the year before?

Very strong pace by Leclerc, I am impressed. 0.5s per lap faster than Daniel on average.

Edit: 2.6s stop on Norris, finally a sub 3s stop this year.
