KERS to generate ozone from air?

All that has to do with the power train, gearbox, clutch, fuels and lubricants, etc. Generally the mechanical side of Formula One.

Only if you remove the Nitrogen in a confined space but then it is only an idea, there is no way to do it.

You can downsize the engine if you remove the nitrogen.
