This is which team's steering wheel?

All that has to do with the power train, gearbox, clutch, fuels and lubricants, etc. Generally the mechanical side of Formula One.

there is no manufacturer's logo on the wheel so that narrows it down to an independent team (Ferrari sold their spot to Alice)
