Wishbones attachment question !

Hi, i know this tread is really old but i was hoping you could help me out a bit.
I'm new to the F1 world and i'm doing research on the green attachment (i don't even know what it's called).
Is there a site that shows how much pressure it can take and the different designs i can find?
Any infos on it would be great, thank you.
