Notification from ESET

On logging in this evening I got a notification from ESET NOD32 Antivirus (see image)

Can someone plesae advise?

I also have that very occasionally, and a few minutes later, that message no longer appears.

I've had a few chrome security errors today preventing me getting to the site. I assume all of this is related to some technical issue.

I've also had a few HTTPS related errors in chrome intermittenttly here over the last 2 weeks id guess, including right now

Yes we do have an issue with certificates that has been happening intermittently over the last few days.

The certificate is still valid, so I'm not entirely sure myself what's going on, so I'm requesting support for this.

Firefox complains to me that there is a 'potential security issue', because the certificate seems to be valid for f1technical.net, and not www.f1technical.net

The same happened to me yesterday for about a pair of hours.
I'm still learning English so please excuse me if my English is not good enough and feel free to correct me via PM if you want.
