Sounds like they want to specifically remedy the tyre wear issue. Not just "add downforce" which also needs to happen of course
They have to produce an upgrade giving 3-4-5 tenths. They failed to do so for more than one year. I would not hold my breath.
Do we? Red bull have notoriously always been terrible at Australia, the quali conditions suited McLaren very well with the overheating C5s, and the flexible rear wing TD may harm McLaren's balance/pace

from what we heard, Australia may not even have been the best track for McLaren, and as of the TD, let's see first which impact will have and on which teams...I still remember all the noise about the TD18 at Singapore 2023 and how it had hampered Red Bull, just for Max to pull 6 tenths on everyone at Suzuka.
I'm just warning that in my opinion we should still keep our feet at ground and be very careful in trusting again Red Bull on development side, I'd just want to see some real signals other than usual Marko's copium.
