He has a different seat.
I don't think you're understanding Krack's words properly.
The seat for both drivers are both in a more extreme inclination due to the aerodynamic design direction by Newey. The pressure points on the driver has shifted because of that. Alonso's body can't take the bumps anymore when so reclined and they will now make his seat more upright.
Age could have something to do with this. See Lewis and Alonso in 2022 crying for their backs.
kracks words are out there for anyone to analyze but nowhere does he say that alonso is getting so old that his body cant take it anymore. thats what you came up with haha. to be fair, his point is still legitimate. they have different seats. 2 different sized guys with 2 different seat moldings. we can speculate all we want, but in this case, what good does it really do? to prove that an old guy has body aches? id be surprised if anyone over the age of 30 doesnt have them
Y'all need to just read the article!
It's clear its not a moulding error or anything like that. It's how the seat is positioned for the drivers. (i am assuming for aero and packaging reasons)
“You try, with these cars, to be as low as you can, and, when you look at how the drivers used to sit over the last few years, it goes more and more and more into a lying position, and we need to check whether we have done a step too far, but it’s something we need to check.”
In his eyes, it’s unlikely that Alonso will need a whole new seat fit done. “No, I don’t think so,” he said, “I think we need to reconsider, maybe a little bit, going back to how we have been in the past.”
