There's some stuff that NASCAR does that I do not approve of, and some stuff that's really good. For years, any NASCAR fan was able to tune in and listen to any driver at a race.
It's a really simple system, each driver has a certain frequency, and it's ultra-simple to listen to them. Now if only this was carried forward into Formula One, with any fan within
radio reception range being able to listen the driver's and team's unfiltered comments as they happen.
All we need is to have each
radio frequency picked up and transmitted directly to the net. Wouldn't it be cool to listen to your favorite driver during the race?
Racing should be decided on the track, not the court room.
