They should have at least made them switch back positions after realising Hamilton couldn't catch Vettel, Bottas earned his position by out qualifying Hamilton yet they threw him under the bus.
What the hell are you on about? Hamilton had a 5s penalty and was still quicker than Bottas who started ahead of him on the grid, exactly why would Merc have ordered Ham to slow down and allow Bottas to pass him?

Well the penalty did not slow him down, it was a 5sec penalty, not a 5Kg penalty. The only reason he was ahead of Botass was that they ordered him twice to let Lewis pass.

Wass85 makes it more clear after every comment that he cannot stand Lewis Hamilton and views everything skewed due to it.

Or they could have twice said 'Sorry Lewis but no' and watched Vettel win by +20 seconds.
How dare they actually put their fastest package in front and try and win a race.

6,6 second or 20seconds a win is a win. It was clear after Vet did his second stop and closed in on Lewis at 1,4sec per lap to bring the gap to 9 sec before Lewis pitted that Seb would win.

Even Brundle called it. "my money is on Vettel"

Bottas stays in front and Mercedes are saying 'Here Seb have the win' at least with Hamilton Mercedes 'went for it'.

As I said higher up. Bottas has shot himself in the foot now because it's clear he isn't going to get anywhere near the WDC due to his lack of race pace. As such if Mercedes keep playing the 'fair to both drivers' mantra they are in effect giving Vettel the WDC.

What the hell am I on about? Hamilton only got past Bottas because he let him through, that's why he should have let him back past.

Hahahaha everything I said is true, if you can't deal with it that's your problem.

Bottas let Hamiton past twice, if Hamilton was that much quicker then why didn't he pass him fair and square?

And if he had tried it and they both retired you would lay into Hamilton for that. In fact if he had gone past you would no doubt find a reason to lambast him for endangering both the Mercedes.

I think Merc was just hoping of some mistake/reliability trouble from Vettel's side. In that case you want to have your driver as close as possible to be able to pass the guy in trouble. There are many problems Vettel could hit at the end : lapped cars, brake issues, MGU-H or K failures, which are not necessary terminal. Still it's better to have your driver close and watching than being 20s behind and settle for second.

Oh yes that would be good 'Erm Lewis you Remember how Bottas let you past earlier? Well can you slow down so he can make up the 15 SECONDS and get that place back?'.

Not at all but do you really believe Hamilton would let Bottas by in the same situation, not a prayer I'm afraid. Hamilton clearly didn't have the pace to pass Bottas.

Why not? Bottas beat Hamilton on merit in qualifying and this is how he's rewarded.

In the same situation? LMFAO.

We learned one thing last weekend. Bottas needed a DRS failure on Hamilton's car to get pole and his race pace is nowhere near as good. In what fantasy world would Hamilton need to Let Bottas past to chase down for the win.

Why not? Why not give 15 seconds up?

Yeah thanks for confirming you attitude towards Hamilton.
