Has a safety car ever crashed or spun off?

I bet they’ll say ‘racing incident’ because Albon has been ‘punished’ by having to pit even though he put someone out of the race.

That’s what maddens me about these decisions. There’s no consistency with what they do.

I will fully retract this statement if they penalise Albon.
Albon penalised. Correct decision. Well done stewards. It’s nice to say that for a change.

It looks to me like Lewis is playing games with Bottas and tire saving.

he is not gonna pull more gap to Max, otherwise Bottas will pit for new Mediums which Lewis dont have

Grosjean being told off, rightly, for moving under braking. Shame they let Max do it for years with no punishment. More F1 double standards coming up.

Albon is having a very poor weekend. Trigger fingers at RBR? Bad day yesterday, stupid mistake today, then unable to make any progress up the field. Assuming he doesn’t have any damage significantly slowing him down.

Vettel pushed a side by a Toro Rosso.

Edit. Looks like Gasly went off track to get that one! He should give that place back.

LeClerc has done well to keep 4th when you contrast his afternoon with Vettel.

I don’t even recall seeing Leclerc on camera after the first few laps actually.
