Some more details...
-The bulge (yellow rectangle) isthat a vortice generator ? reminds me of the R26 and other cars... (below the ''elf'')

-Bargeboard seems to have a smaller bargeboard next to her (little red rectangle)

-Force India/E20 bulge under the nosecone

It is lower, if you make a line from nose tip to wheel you can find a reference point. They were the other way around.

One picture is centered vertically, the other shot from near ground level.

(compare rear wing endplates)

Maybe they stuck a 1.5 liter engine in there so they could pull one over everyone with their small side pods. :wink:
