-The bulge (yellow rectangle) isthat a vortice generator ? reminds me of the R26 and other cars... (below the ''elf'')

-Bargeboard seems to have a smaller bargeboard next to her (little red rectangle)

-Force India/E20 bulge under the nosecone

Hard to compare because of diffrent angles, but from this comparsion the nosecone of C32 seems to be lower:

It is lower, if you make a line from nose tip to wheel you can find a reference point. They were the other way around.
