Guys, the ING car was red, white, orange, and black. Are his cuffs also Ferrari cuffs showing through?

Looks like either an earplug deficiency, or him correcting an earplug deficiency...

Also you can see the red pull tabs just above the "E", I presume engine cut off? Are they new for this year?

If you believe in the rear wing duct, then they'd need an access hole to clamp the duct to the intake after the engine cover is put on.
