China victory was really a one off, with the unprdictability this year and nature of circuit made it happend. I think Brawn could well be quitting, anyhow something needs to happend.
Something is going on, that much is obvious.
Or maybe you're reading too much into this...

Brawn is straight up, if he was about to leave he would've announced it; unless he has some serious medical condition.

Nico: I hope to make up a few places at the start, but generally the race will be really hard for us. A Top 6 is the target much more than that will be very difficult to achive tomorrow.

On RTL Schumi said Brawn will be missed as the team really is his.....he only paddled back in saying his hope is he´ll return asap..strange this.

If Brawn is going to leave the Team, regardless because of medical conditions or something else, then I strongly believe MSC will quit for good, and I think this decision will be pretty easy to take for him.

Drivers and Mercedes team have said that there are new cars ahead of them that they have done a better job, that we will work to improve... bla bla bla... Always the same excuses.

Schumacher said he is surprissed by the car´s potential and is expecting a win this year ...so to me the situation is :
all teams struggle to realise the tyres are in this year dominating the performance .From track to track one or another driver or team has a bit of a high ,sometimes a bóld setup change or a change in temps or general climatic condition does the trick.
This was happening in the years before but to a lesser degree as well but now it´s exagerrated to the absurd...

I'm afraid that RB's "medical condition", almost Kremlin that xpression, is an xcuse for something completely different.

I think you need to calm down a bit, till there's any evidence of real substance that support your claims.

Spot on, But I would emphasise Temprature. There are teams that can deal with the heat(Renault powered for the most part) and those that can deal with the cold(Mercedes).
We will see results fluctuating accordingly with the odd midfield team(read Sauber, Williams) achieving a highlighted result/performance.

Bravo Pirelli.
More could have been done.

it may be less clearcut -ambient ,track or is it the surface characteristic that determines the outcome .
Or pirellis inconsistency from tyre to tyre..who knows .
I think nobody has a handle on the black things really.

How afraid Schumi got from Senna's little flick is beyond me...

Aside from statistics, hard fact, context, etc. Why do I get the sense anyway that MGP is not as fast as the other guys?

I think these mistakes (this one, Schumi's, the other, from the team) don't help.

Well the if,but, had not, happens to everyone all the time. What if Hamilton had retained his pole, what if Vettel had not got a drive through etc. Schumacher sucks but so does Massa, Webber and occationally Button and a few more have trouble finding the Sweet spot.

I made a summary after round 5 comparing 2010/11/12 just to get you started. I´m still not blown away by the progress.

2010
5,5,3,3,13 --- 50 points
6,10,R,10,4 --- 22 points
Total 72 points

2011
R,12,5,5,7 --- 32 points
R,9,8,12,6 --- 22 points
Total 54 points

2012
12,13,1,5,7 --- 41 points
R,10,R,10,R --- 2 points
total 43 points

Pecking order to me should be something like:
1. Mclaren
2. Lotus
3. Red Bull/Ferrari (Ferrari seems to getting their act together)
4. Sauber/Mercedes and maybe Williams

If Sauber & Williams can mount a challange i think Mercedes will be looking for 6/7th in the constructions given they lack race pace at the moment. At the best they grab 5th.

This is today... taking out context, how would it be? No one knows...

Although my feeling (and many here) is MGP would be higher up. Let's just hope the rest of the season makes the feeling reality...

Had Schumacher not fouled up in the braking zone with Senna, Mercedes would have had 2 points finishers. Maybe you are upset about Schumi's mistake?
It's Senna who changed twice of direction under braking, it surprised Schumacher.

This seasin is a real nightmare so far for Schumacher, just having 3 DNF and had to be at the back in the others two races. How can you fare well if every race you have a **** ?

Plus the car is not good. China apart, the others races Rosberg is 1 min behind the leader in average.
