Did they run this wing today at least once? I cannot find any pictures of it being used on the track.

All the other pictures after the picture from the garage are the same wing. The picture from the garage is with a wide angle lens.

Quali images ...
They seem to have the similar wings with different 2 different nose configurations. One where there is a gap between the first flap and the nose and another where the nose molds into the first flap. They seem to have opted to run the nose that molds into the first flap for Quali/Race.

No. Take a look at how the nose curves close to the camera mount. New front wing/nose didn't have that.

The one on the left is one they've used alot. It helps air that comes in contact with the petrusions to flow up over the nose. I hadn't noticed that.
