Williams BMW FW23, San Marino GP. Both drivers had been rear-ended in the previous races in 2001. It works, Ralf Schumacher won his first race!

Andrew was right. 10 minutes!!! Gosh, it took me much longer to find the bloody picture. You will find references to the "Keep your distance" message in basically all sites that keep their records from the 2001 San Marino GP.

BTW: One toy car manufacturer has a "Keep your distance" FW23 available as one of their replicas.
