That was a freak incident inreed! T wing comming of not so much. So are you saying Bottas is to blame and he should have hung on to the wing with one hand? :-)

Maxie ran over a T wing and all of a sudden his fans and Horner want them banned. Biased much?
What they have to do is ask teams to make sure that those T-wings won't fall off so easily. If it happens again give that team a penalty for unsafe car.
People around the world die in car and plane crashes, yet no one bans them.

To be fair RBR were wanting them banned before this incident. Not biased just using the opportunity.

Not biased much, next week your favorite driver/team might be out of the race. Hard to imagine huh!

Reaction on jano, who is calling me biased for saying If T-wings can come off as easily as they now do (Every race weekend so far one has come off) they are (can be) a hazard. Not only to "maxie" but simply every driver that happenes to run over them.

No need to apologize! We had now 3 race weekends in a row a T-wing has come loose. It must not happen again in my eyes. Haas' hasn't come loose again since Melbourne and apparently Mercedes has now also been asked (and supervised) to reinforce theirs.

It's all very weird here - not because the teams behind the front two seem so close at the moment (although pleasantly surprising so far - expect quali engine modes to stretch it a bit) - but because the pace relative to last year is so poor.

Harder compounds I get, maybe slightly warmer conditions than FP3 last year; but still, at this rate it looks like they may be slower than last year's pole, which is very very weird imo.

I can only think of two explanations:

- the fact that the slow pace is combining with other teams being closer to the pace harks of a Singapore 2014/15 situation where the ultimate quickest teams are unable to get as much out of the compound as usual relative to the competition

- it could be one of those situations Max previously spoke about for these 2017 cars: I.e. Sometimes, on circuits where power is all important, the draggier cars could end up SLOWER this year; Max spoke about Monza being a case in point - maybe Bahrain is similar?

One more thing is that Max do it "on purpose", I mean the t-wing fell off and was lying on the track, Max could go around bud decided not to... In his words "I doesn't know it will cause so much damage..."
