I read the regenerative systems topic quite often but somehow I missed the chart, thanks for posting it again :D

Ultracapacitors may be good replace for batteries, I don´t know if someone post something on it but there is a company that devolops this technology-eestor

They keep it in secret and you can´t really find nothing specific yet but google it and see what comes up...

try ELIICA, the japs made it.its got 8wheels!.does 363kmph! DC motor on each wheel...acceleration is also pretty vivid.

OK, but what about cornering? You can´t expect 8 wheeler that weights 2,4t and is 5m long to corner well do you :?

ok, anyway it´s not sportscar, it will corner good enough for most of the (whealty) people that are going to buy it... if it goes into priduction, that is

I guess the japs only had legspace and straight line speed in mind when they designed it...but dont forget that it were some students from a university who made it....it was nt a focussed track car or even a road car.
it wont go into production...dont worry

I seriously doubt that a car as mad & as hopelessly unpractical as the ELIICA wud ever be given the green flag for production by any sane person or organization
