Nope this seems like a reasnoble price, I'd venture that some of the bits are even a bit pricey, it's not a ferrari after all. You've got to remember these parts are either obsolete or otherwise useless to the team, they may have exeeded their lifing etc. They are going to have practically zero value otherwise.
