I'd like to see that as the F1 safety car!

I'm not too keen on this Safety Car. Just not keen on the Merc styling of late. I prefered the previous car. Saying that, I prefer the Medical to the Safety car.

Why don't they mount the lights inside the windows, like in the GTR? It would be far nicer and it wouldn't necessitate the addition of a disgusting bar above the rear-window.

answer:

They use this as a marketing and advertising item, and is an aggreement with the FIA that is to run till 2016 at current, i think.

Not as awesome of the two originals I owned in the 70s. At Santa Pod.
The 351 has the right coloured stripes in the right place.
The 429 had over 700bhp.
