The only pending question I have from that explanation is what if Alonso plans to use his Spa engine in Japan and it fails during qualy after he sets a good time in Q3.. ? can he switch to his Monza engine for and race without getting a penalty.

Answer: Yes he can. Just means he cannot use his Spa engine untill Abu Dhabi.

He is my second favoured driver, but I hope his engine as well as Webber's engine fail in the race. I would be very, very... very, very, very happy.
