Gasly was blocked by Stroll after the tunnel. Should be another penalty coming in. He did the same as to Leclerc.

Hearing the radio his engineer was poor saying he was on a slow lap/slowing. Was warned he was coming .

The cars being so close in pace means it exposes situations like Perez - if you are a few tenths off you are no where. In the past few tenths off would mean a couple of places which was no big deal.

There is no such rule in F1. IndyCar has a rule like that.

F1 should implement it.
