Mercedes AMG F1 Team 2012

Team top brass has spoken out not too long ago about the need to concentrate on tyre understanding.
the other week in Germany Mercedes was the sole Team to be desperate enough to opt for an additional stop due to tyre degradation.Sorry their analysis is wrong again- as we have learned to expect from them.
They have again and again made announcements and predictions and in all fairness it rarely matches reality.
It´s all too political -and this is without a doubt owed to being a works team in need to find explanations for underachievements instead of keeping your head down and go through the issues and solve them as quickly as possible.
They are turning in circles -unfortunatelly the radius of this circle is getting smaller as the rope is piled up around Ross and Norby

Michael fail last 3 laps ..... thx to maldonado he miss last fastest lap but nevermind a lot of drivers galmble on wet setup. Michael need to be on pe 10-13 to have a chance here.

well...its nothing like monaco. They call it 'the monaco without the walls' only because its corner after corner with some run off.
In terms of the actual track its nothing like monaco - constant sweeping medium speed corners - Merc were always going to struggle - but for both of them to be no where near Q3 is awful.

in sky sports commentary, david croft and martin bundle were talking about mercedes, and brawn saying they have been focusing and using their resources on next year car due to rule changes. and maybe they will redirect using resources on updates....

appalling. .... another year wasted...

dont like how this team is using resources like shifting focus here and there....and poorly organized agendas, and planning.

mercedes are not small team like they are supposed to stay with 0 updates for 5-6 races and bring one huge update all at once... only small team do that.

if mercedes had less workforce or less money i would understand.... even lotus less money and less workforce compared to mercedes and yet they bring updates every race....

this is incredibly disappointing.

time to get rid of ross brawn.... zetche had given enough time for him to make this team better. 3 years and it has been really poor by mercedes standard...

well great engineer ross is but, he is the team principal he is the one with biggest responsibilities, planning using resources and all... its not working.

actually this kind of attitude is putting 400 people in the team on the brink of loosing jobs... seriously ... who knows mercedes will give up or not...

Sorry for that but you are not a fan of this sport just a ..... anyway Car it's ok team wait rain tomorrow only chance to be in first 6. There's no possibility to not be in top 10 in qualifying if they do right moves. (first run on brand new softs)

In my opinion, to set a car 100 % for a rain, when weather forecast says a moderate or heavy rain at 4 p.m. is big risk as race will be over by then. I don't understand mercs tactics at all...

I wonder how all the other Teams are working so they can bring updates the whole year AND develop next years car.
Mercedes is shifting ALL effort every year after half the season onto next year and they are gaining nothing -.-

Qualifying speed was this cars strength, I think top ten is only in reach tomorrow with very very very much luck

on RTL Schumacher said after qualy-we concentrated on lomng runs in FP but the truth is our longruns are crap....asked about a special strategy he grinned:ask Ross ..he is the specialist for Tactics...
Rosberg said his Qualy was perfect optimum....
The car is unsuitable for Hungary...they still plan on an extra stop !
This team is at the bottom but not at the bottom of its problems...and i doubt they can even get into the points ....

Michael will not continue next year and it will be the best he can do ...
