it still had a 3 pedals, he used a foot operated clutch?
don´t know, just a guess

Been waiting for this one actually...

Which F1 engine manufacturer had another arm producing displacement-pumps, which were actually used on their F1 engines?

If C-C did it's news to me, but not the one I'm thinking about, think gear-type hydraulic pumps marcush.

I should have known ..did misread your post ..Coventry Climax f1 engine was propelling
pumps for firebrigades...sorry.

did you know there are hydraulic pumps named MATRA? I´m not sure they are the same as Matra in the 70s doing f1 engines...
