we had this before..If you don´t wan´t to see that Schumacher matches Rosberg in everything but points scored as a result of his car breaking down ...then so be it.
You certainly don´t drive the quickest laptime in Q3 Monaco without talent ,dedication and etc these days. There is no way you could count this towards a lucky moment for an old fart.. #-o monaco is certainly a drivers circuit.

I would have upvoted that one of course, unless the danger of you know what.

That's worthy of 4 upvotes.

I feel as if for Spa, or even any race between now and the end of the season, MGP should run a special race livery.

They could use a modified BAR/555 or Lucky Strike livery just so it remains unprovable subliminal advertising!

ther eal horrid thing is :Building race cars is no exact science....the question would be :why bother with expensive simulations and windtunnels etc when you think:letßs give it a try ,i have no idea but it looks nice and we had something similar on a car that went on to win a championship in 1974....

What performance? He did some reasonable qualy's, but that's about it. Just compare every result of the last 3 years between the 2 of them and on every objective basis, Rosberg has been the better one for every year.

MSC has had some bad luck this year, but almost every driver in the current line-up has had his share of bad luck. Not to mention all the mistakes he's been making since his comeback. Last 2 races I've seen him crash twice in FP (in the wet, but he's supposed to be one of the best in the rain?) and what about the Hungary-start? Luck is something very trivial, but in the end you make your own luck. By crashing, stalling and whatever you're not creating any luck, but it's easy to say he's 'unlucky'.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not pro-Rosberg or anti-Schumacher, but I'm getting quite bored with all the excuses and etc. about MSC' poor performance and the comparison with what Rosberg is doing. MSC's not performing and any other driver would probably been sacked by now.
so.... you havent been watching f1 this year then.

Leave it - it's been done to death pretty much everywhere (that isn't technical :p). Don't waste time discussing it :).

as one last hint:
even though Schumacher suffered 2 DNFs in the last 5 races he still outscored Rosberg in fact Rosberg crossed the finish line only once in front of Schumacher this year: in Bahrain..

Do any of you own a Mercedes-Benz? If so, do you regularly spend time beating the ever-living --- out of it with a sledgehammer?

I can also imagine the following exchange:

"Honey, does this make me look fat?"

"Yes, very much so. But, your mom was fat, and her mom was fat, and, by all accounts, her mom was fat, too. So, whatchagonnado?"

Reading this thread is another form of masochism as well, but I've contributed my share, not to mention the fact that I always click this thread first. :wtf:

Don't get me wrong; I'm enjoying the impotence of the Silver Arrow just as much as the next guy. I've just rarely seen a dead horse pummeled with such voracity.

Why bhall, I am quite shocked you aren't giving MGP the benefit of a doubt.

They had some success back in the 50s.

Certainly they are due for some soon?
