It's not confirmed.
There will most likely be initial reports by _reliable_ F1 journalists (see above) and then shortly after the decision document will be made available here: https://www.fia.com/documents/season/se ... ionship-14
now they want to talk to a team representative.
https://www.fia.com/sites/default/files ... %20DRS.pdf
How does this further the plot?

no idea but it's odd.

Talk to Hamilton at 17:15 and then a team representative 2 hours later!

It doesn’t, surely that’s just calling them to the meeting.

They need time to collect videos of RBRs rear wing elements flapping about

Could this lead to a counter protest against RBR?

The FIA and F1 (mainly F1) had a specific goal of making the business more entertaining for a wider audience.

To do this they changed the regulations to hinder Mercedes. And successfully.

I'm really not sure why so many people seem shocked we are at Brazil and they (Mercedes) are behind in the championship.

New engine or not, Hamilton was abnormally fast in this qualy. Something isn't right about his car.

The best driver in F1 there has ever been statistically.

But it's the car. Max does something well due to the car suiting a track and it's oh what a driver

This is the definition of pushing a narrative. Absolutely no one is surprised that Mercedes is behind in the championship because they have watched the season unfold. They have seen the mistakes of both teams.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't the main changes that hindered the lower rake cars the reduction in brake winglets. If the regulations were specifically designed to pull back Mercedes, why reduce the strakes in the diffuser and cut a section off the floor?

Indeed. This is easily more than the 10th time Hamilton has out-qualified his team mate by half a second. That's just what the great drivers do.

All drivers are built up and hyped up, just like this championship has been at times.

When max has soaked up hype and it becomes an expectation, it’s going to be a measure of how long he remains relevant of that stature. He reminds me of where Kimi was when kimi started out. I think max has the work ethic unlike kimi though.

That final climb up to the finish is benefiting enormous from the extra enginepower.

Technically speaking. He didn't even outqualify Mazepin.

It should be straight simple penalty. I do not understand why it is taking so much time. If it woukd have been haas or alfa by now decision would have been made.this is the bias towards mercedes alobso talks about
