Upon listening to that video you can I definitely think the Red Bull is very unique in its sound when compared to the rest of the cars, Very loud and energetic.
The Ferrari and the Mclaren certainly didnt sound anywhere near as effective, could be to do with the type of blowing they were using
Virgin ran their exhaust to the top outside of the diffuser, but that's off topic. I think there is a fairly wide consensus that lack of EBD will pull Red Bull back towards the field maybe not all the way but you get the idea.
