Would you stand in front of this and say:
ah that´s my latest work I´m really proud of the neat packaging i have done and look -the mechanic can barely get his fingers in to fix the damned wiring using some tywraps?..
I say its not neat ,oviously it does the job.
Good packaging does not necessarily mean that you have to be able to easily get at each and every wire. Not about servicability. And if that were the case and there was something wrong with the harness... most obvious and easy solution would just be to swap the harness out rather than dick around forever on each lead.
c´mon Tom ,you´re kidding ,are you?
you are under parl ferme rules for long times in the weekend and willl not have much time to do random checks .So serviceabilty is a concern.last weekend the Dome was left sdtranded because of a much too complicated wiring loom the guys do not really understand as admitted by Pescarolo team members. Not F1 but you got the message...good packaging is in fact respecting ALL the requirements of the assembly inside the package constraints not just getting it all in somehow.A Harness is in my view not a consumable.A electronic box may well be ,if it´s used in environmental conditions it´s not designed for.
