Ferrari team principal Maurizio Arrivabene said after the bittersweet Monaco GP that his team won’t give up on this year’s championship as the season is still in its early phase. The team is preparing developments for the forthcoming race in Canada.

sure. Tell that to RIcciardo
Considerig power deficit there is now no doubt Mclaren has better chassis that Ferrari.
There's more than 1 second between Alonso and Vettel best time (Q2), on Monaco. I don't think you can say it with no doubts
q2 doesnt determent starting order....q3 does

Was he? I know he was on sector 1, but even so, I can't believe that was an ideal way to prepare for that one lap that counts, especially considering the fuel he had on board to do that many laps, not have set any time so far, a yellow that could appear at any moment and the point both Mercedes were competing with an incredible quick lap by Ricciardo where you'd at least want to be on the newest ultra softs you could possible be. Also, from watching the onboards, I got the feeling something with the power delivery around the pool chicane was off...?

Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II #Team44 supporter
I think Red Bull took a gamble with the SS with regard to a early safety car situation, they pit like everyone else but have used the slower tire already and can use US for the rest of the race.
It may work...
Too bad Red Bull probably threw the win away with the SS strategy..
If Daniel goes long in the first stint, then he'll be undercut by people on the US.
If Daniel goes short, or matches the others in the first stint, then he is on the US and it will be very marginal to the end.
My thoughts exactly. Unless it rains a bit later in the day so he doesn't have to stop yet.

I would be fine with the technical problems if it was Lewis damaging the car in some way. However the team says Lewis is doing nothing wrong and they can find nothing wrong with the car. so at this point they are either straight up lying, or incompetent imo.

I meant that there's a little more than 1 second between Alonso fastest lap (Q3) and Vettel's one (Q2).
If this continues, Sebastian will try to leave Ferrari as soon as he can. Something tells me he won't be as patient as Alonso. He is already looks and sounds really downbeat in the interview.
