Lol
Oscars been plenty aggressive this season. Unless he's explained in an interview, I have no.idea what happened at corner 1. It's like he was checking his phone for messages or something.
I don't think it would have won the race to be ahead, but it was our best shot.
There's a few races coming where RBs top speed will be advantageous too.
Oscar said he braked too early.
He just was too cautious.
I wonder how much it was focused more on George getting up the inside and lost a little focus on Max. Max was a faIr way behind (in relative terms) he was out of mind
If Oscar lead through T1/2 I think Oscar probably would have won comfortably enough. little lead but managed similar to Max. Even if Max challenged probably not quick enough to get past. From there thing went wrong think it perhaps exposed a little of Oscars weakness in tyre management when really pushed. -only a tiny weakness mind you. -Lando didn't seem to suffer much from being behind George a little while but got past so that helped.
For Oscar from there everything seemed to work against him being put into traffic. That didn't help with tyre management. A cheap stop under the VSC, but put him behind again having to work harder to catch Lando, Then the full safety car. free pit stop for Lando, Oscar didn't;t have any fresh tyres and was a sitting duck though I think he defended Lando pretty well considering.
But even when Lando past wasn't able to made ground on Max.
That said I though Landos over taking this race was decent maybe a little too long behind George but I think it seemed Lando was far more willing to try different moves to keep them guessing which line to cover. Something I don't think he always does.
