I think Monaco can be okay for Charles if they lower the car. Lewis may suffer there judgeing by his Jeddah issues. Imola has smoother and longer corners which wont demand much dancing on a knife edge so he went okay there.
Monaco him and Charles will need to dance on the edge of a carbon nano tube to get any decent points.
Williams will be strong and Vcarb who have good low speed traction.
Imo monaco will be very problematic. Williams will be strong there and so will aston. Judging from the cars behavior in low speed i dont think they will make q3 but I hope im wrong. Of course race pace is meaningless there so qualifying will be everything.
If they have to qualify on inters Ferrari will be out in Q1

I am on a fence on how car performance will be in Monaco. Everybody will be forced to raise the car and will bring high DF wings, so floor pure performance could be overwhelmed by other factors there.
Not to mention Charles skills on his home streets…

Aston are a bit of an unknown for Monaco, but they didn't handle the kerbs and slow corners at Imola well.

Williams are strong on high speed tracks but they haven't shown much in traction or slow speed sections to believe they will be good at Monaco either.

And the updates on the floor TD might have nerfed the traction on the Mercedes, going by Imola.

I can see Charles in the podium fight.

Q3 should be possible if it doesn’t rain.

Article also says the modified rear suspension has passed the dynamic bench test, is being tested in the wind tunnel with different aerodynamics and is expected for Silverstone
