Sky *thought* that too. But if the drivers both confirmed that it didn't happen, then it didn't happen.

Boring race, another gifted podium for Williams, and I can see already Claire Williams saying that they are now better than Ferrari

Exactly... Two weeks in a row :(

To be honest though, the gap to Mercedes is actually more annoying

Absolutely, instead of Ferrari being able to pounce on Merc's mistakes, the situation is Williams is able to pounce on Ferrari's mistakes.

Highlight of the race: Nico speaks Italian with Massa in the after-race lounge

I think it's high time you stop being over optimistic about Ferrari. They are only going to disappoint you.

Apart from the last run in qualifying Nico was flawless all weekend. Luckily for Lewis its his turn to go testing in a few days time.

Part from a couple of interesting moments, I struggeled to watch the whole race. :(
It's so predictable.

- Mclaren-Honda cars not finishing
- Renault powered cars are sitting ducks on the straights
- A couple of tenths quicker per lap isn't enough to overtake, Vettels overtake was never going to happen.
- No real battle for the win.

Kudos to the midfield drivers however. Great drive by Verstappen especially.

Agreed. Lewis pulled a rabbit out of the hat to get pole. He didn't seem to have an answer for Nico in the race.
