It was a mixed race for lewis. First stint he was slow. Second stint he was faster than leclerc especially at the end of the stint. His lap times were 0.2-0.3 faster than leclerc. In addition he didnt let Russell to close the gap to under 2 seconds. Then team kept him on track with bad tyres a lot and he lost crucial 4-5 seconds. After that very bad pitstop and he was like 10 seconds behind. He was faster than both leclerc and russell in the third stint till safety car. He couldnt have good pace and a lot of vibrations with the last stint. It was a miserable race. A through investigation needs to be done to lewis’ car

I admit I wasn't sold on Leclerc's gamble. I think P3 was the maximum today anyway so he got the same "best result" as he would've if he'd used the normal tire strategy yesterday, but he gave us a great show on track starting from so behind. Kudos to him for proving me wrong!

He is clear on that one. Max just didn't want to budge from his line at all and their trajectories converged.
Light touch as well. Since Leclerc was already past, it's no where near a penalty.

HUL had new tyres soft tyres so no surprise there, he was rapid, quicker than Charles, Max and George when you look at the laptimes
