Norris scrappy, but the car was legitimately beaten on pace by the Merc and Red Bull.

For a car, which had been so consistent, this has been a strange weekend.
Need to look at the telemetry, but i was a little nervous coming into Canada because of our straight line speeds.

That said, Oscar excelled in S3.

It'll be interesting to review that.

What the hell happened in Norris' S2 to lose him half a second?

On the medium.

Russell and Verstappen don’t have any new mediums for the race now

Good to save it for the race no? Don't we have an extra set of medium vs the others?

Interesting that Stallard told PIA after quali that he was the fastest car on Softs. Team send to think that is important

No driver under performs in Q3 more than Lando, not good enough at all.
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.

Did they not show it on the broadcast or did I just miss it?

Mclaren struggle with graining maybe they want to avoid the soft in the race at all costs

Guess they hoped for maybe a 3 and 4 at worst, but with the saved mediums would make up for it.

Honestly didn’t expect Norris to be so far down, thought he had the handle on Oscar this weekend

I'll probably raise you a Charles Leclerc, woi I think is a brilliant brilliant driver, but has those quali struggles.

For Lando though he's had times when he was very good, especially in a slower car. But consistently has never been his thing.
