It may be in the interest of many stake holders in F1 to bring back V10 because going green such as EV is no long a viable business proposition for many auto companies due to tough competition coming from China EV manufacturers.
To save jobs in the auto industries, especially in Japan, Europe and America, getting consumers to fall in love with ICE cars again may become necessary.
Now that America is going 'drill baby drill' and the far rights are gaining popularity in EU, bring back V10 may now look more probable than say 12 months ago.
Bring V10 back to F1 will be "refreshing" as I reckon many F1 fans today have not heard, felt or smell what its like to be watching F1 racing with V10 engines.
