' even if there is equal treatment there will be more equal treatment going one side than the other. '

How does that work?
If theres more treatment towards the other side of the garage surely its not equal?

Anyway - I personally think Alonso thought he'd have an easy season at McLaren, Look at the rookies that have come in, Piquet, Grosjean to name a few - They couldn't touch the '1st' driver.
Hamilton had some talent to come into the car and go that fast right from the start.

And Alonso didn't beat Hamilton in 07 - they finished on 109 points each.

I agree Alonso had a bad second half of the year, but whats equally as impressive as him scoring as many points as a favoured driver is a rookie tied 2nd in his first year.

50/50 I'd say.

In 2008 Alonso made a comment like "If Heikki does what McLaren ask him to, then he will stay there for long time" or something along these lines. The Ron immediately came out saying Alonso may be violating the terms of his contract terminations, etc. So, McLaren may have something to hide about 2007 after all?

This has been speculated for some time, especially as Alonso has kept so quite about the whole affair. We shall see in a few years i guess.
And Super racing, name me a time when two brilliant drivers have raced in the same team together peacefully?

Exactly says you! Can't find anything I've said that looks like trolling but that's my opinion. My point was that there was nothing wrong with Vall's comment.

Everybody was created equal.. but not everybody is equal, is what I believe.

You have people who try to paste weaknesses onto Hamilton trying to "even him up" with other drivers, when he simply has no real weakness at all. I believe him when he implies that in his hindsight Alonso wasn't that tough of a challenge.

You in the Marlboro thread, changing your name to the Ferrari Bar Code logo in the midst of a debate.

No that wasn't trolling, that was just coincidence

Stretching it a bit there are we not?

So what if I changed my user picture? I was more active in other threads when I changed so no it had nothing to do with that particular thread. I would have changed it to the Ferrari badge only but another user has that already. Jeeze, some people!

8:2 For Hamilton... Button is a Joke

Alonso seems much more desperate, Banging into his teammate passing people off the track

Whats the bigger joke?

That Hamilton is 8:2 up or that he is only 12 points ahead of a "joke"? #-o

I'm the creator of this thread and I have to say that Hamilton was absolutely stellar in the British GP. His qually and race pace was quite impressive. He has been very good in many races lately, making the most of just about every situation.

And just to clarify this thread was created from some of Hamilton's actions during the early season, not his personality or his abilities.

Again, more proof that points dont mean jack when determining the quality of a driver... and that only an ... would use points as a measuring stick to do so.

Not exactly a joke, but he gets regularly beaten by LH, no questions about that.

with all that bad luck lately and having a car capable to much better results, he may indeed be desperate to get a good results. But as I posted in another thread, the collision with Massa was a typical 1st corned accident. But anyway it was not as bad as taking off one of your direct competitors for WCD by punching his tire :D and do you remember who started all this passign off track thing?
